The connection to the server has failed.Protocol: POP3, Port 995 Secure SSL

I am Getting following error when Outlook Express want to Receive Mails from G Mail. It is Working properly before 3 days , but now it is not working.

Error Message : The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'a.suc...@gmail.com', Server: 'pop.gmail.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I set Secure SLL Port 995. But than also not working.

Outgoing mail are working properly.

1. Verify that your settings are correct:
a) try pop.googlemail.com
b) Password (incoming) server authentication is NOT turned on.
c) Login is your full email address, not username only.
d) Make sure Leave a copy on server is not selected in Outlook.

3. Check if antivirus is interfering. Disable antivirus check of incoming mail.

4. POP download troubleshooter

5. Check if your ISP is blocking Gmail
