Hi Bud,

Sign in to your account at Gmail and do the following.

Add the email address that is sending you email (exa...@domain.com) to your Gmail Contacts. Google will usually deliver email from addresses that are in your Contacts.

If Gmail has marked emails you wish to whitelist as spam, tell Gmail the emails are not spam by marking them as Not Spam and Gmail will learn from your actions and that kind of email will not go to spam anymore.

1. In Gmail, navigate to the spam folder.
2. Search for emails containing the domain you wish to whitelist (domain.com).
3. Select all the emails shown.
4. Click More and then Not spam

Also you are able to Create rules to filter your emails.
For more info please see Legitimate mail is marked as spam.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,
Johnny..

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
