Google Mail Import from Other MSN Email

Explain your issue in full detail here: I currently use MSN and would use Google Mail as my main Chat.
I use my Google E-Mail as my MSN email, since i do not have a hotmail.com email i use it as my passport to login to MSN.
I would like to transfer all the contacts from MSN to Google Mail. Also i want to use Google Talk to talk to all my MSN contacts.
So can someone how to import my MSN Contact?
Also since my MSN contacts have accepted me on the msn messenger, they will not need to accept another invitation to talk to me right?

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
