Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0D Protocol: POP3 Port: 995 Secure(SSL): Yes Socket Error: 11004

I am having an issue with receiving my Gmail on my email client and by searching I see this issue dating back to 2009 but I don't see any solid solution and I not seen anything within the last 2 years or so.

I am using Windows 7 SP1 & Microsoft Security Essentials, my mail client is Windows Live Mail 2012 Build 16.4.3528.0331 with all current updates.  I have 9 Gmail accounts that are used for different uses from several uses & junk mail, all have worked with no issues up until about 3 weeks or so, I then begin receiving the below listed error from that account, the crazy thing is I can sync, send, & receive mail from 7 of the 9 other accounts (2 of the accounts are having this issue, same exact error codes), listed below.  I have even gone to Gmail and logged in to accounts with both IE 11.0.9600.18537 & Chrome 56.0.2924.87 with no web issues.

I getting frustrated and wondering if I should consider moving on from WLM to another mail program, if so, any recommendations?

I am having the same issue since Monday.  It will sync a couple of times a day, but most of the time I get Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0D) : 'Cannot find the e-mail server. Verify the server information in your account properties.'  It is syncing fine on the outbound server.
