Backup Code

Hello,

I created a new Gmail "Mr.Moniry01" About 13days ago And now forgot the password Tried recovery it with Phone number in first step,received the recovery code and entered then it requires second phone number verification I entered second one too then it requires me an verification code from recovery email I entered the code too,On last step it requires back-up code which Do not have it.
Now I do not have access to my email and cannot even sign in with Recovery option I have all recovery option (2 Phone Number And 1 Email) but it still requires me Backup code.
Tried with another gmail address for recovery when i entered code which received from phone number,a page were opened and requires enter a new password for signing in all was fine,But the email which i linked on this topic are bugged somehow.
Help out Please.

You will need a password reset link from Google.

To get this, the Account Recovery ("AR") process will need to be  submitted to Google.  There is no other way to regain an account.

Please go to https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery  (If account name is unknown, select "Find my account".)   Follow the necessary steps, and then Google will respond.

Google will not send a recovery link, unless fully satisfied as to the ownership.  If there is insufficient information available, account recovery will be impossible.

http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/ all should be carefully read for assistance

If possible, use the same location and same device that was successfully signed in from previously. This appears to help.

If you were hacked, answer the questions using the details  that the account was set up with.  Take  time with this form. The more accurate the response, then there is  a greater chance of regaining the account.  

To determine  account creation date (if needed and if possible) , see https://goo.gl/Sjp7Ci (scroll down through the posts there).

(If repeated recovery requests are sent without any new information, the account holder can be locked out as a "spammer", or the recovery may be delayed, or you will be placed at the back of the queue). 

Documentation of any kind (including ID and government documents) cannot and will not be accepted, under any circumstances. These can easily be forged/stolen. and Google has no way of authenticating same.  In any case, they ~may~ only prove who the document holder is;  not who actually is the correct account holder.

Can you let me know the exact feedback from Google? (Redact anything personal.)   We need this if we are to proceed any further.

Hello,

I am not receiving a new password reset link when enter a new verification code.I have not forgot my Gmail address,I just forgot the password and i cant recovery it without backup code,The phone number and email recovery not gonna help me.The account were not hacked.
All what i need is you remove backup code from My account "Mr.Mo...@Gmail.com" till i recovery it with phone number or email.

Google do require the account holder to submit the Account Recovery (AR),  https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery  so that further help can be given, if possible.  There is no other way, at this stage, to recover the account.

How did Google reply, after the account recovery was submitted?  What was their exact answer?  (Redact anything personal.)

We need this information, in order to move forward.  Please let me know the result, so we can proceed further, if necessary.

entered the code and i have not received a link for reset to new password but that is what i got instead of link for new password

When it requires a backup cod i will press try another way and i will enter my two phone numbers and other questions,I answered all of them correctly but can not recovery my email still.
By the way i have received a code to my email recovery Look at the screen: http://uupload.ir/files/t9_google2.png.
Thats all what i have to say because my English language is not very well.

Google didnt say anything actually it just were showing me new pages of recovery option when I were answering questions for receive a code.when i answered first question for recovery code another page will be opened for second question and answered second question another question will show up (Backup code)when i press "Try another way"it requires recovery email and i`ll answer that too and will receive the code but the code is not works fine.
I Received Code from google many times When entered my recovery phone numbers/Email if it was incorrect recovery phone number/email I could not receive anything.
.Look at this screen: http://uupload.ir/files/ds3v_google3.jpg These all codes show that this account really belongs to me,I had a page on my SMS folder which i`d receive +10 codes for recovery but they didnt help me.
Thats why i am posting right here.

Looks like you haven't submitted the Account Recovery form as I posted above.

Google always respond after that is done.

thats what i got as respond from google recovery.I choose more option and this page were opened http://uupload.ir/files/b6fo_google5.png and i pressed try another way and this page showed up http://uupload.ir/files/zxjd_google6.png entered my first phone number and it requires me my second phone number http://uupload.ir/files/26a4_7.png Entered this one too,then ask me when Did i create this account http://uupload.ir/files/ktq0_8.png Answered this question too and this page showed up.I dunno whats wrong this verification code at the end Got this http://uupload.ir/files/bcfb_10.png.
How its possible google couldnt  verify this account is no longer for me?!
I have received this mail from google on my first day of trying to recovery email http://uupload.ir/files/9xwk_11.png
but nothing happened.

I have asked Google if they can help.  They will contact you, if necessary, at the email address you used to post to this forum.

Please understand that I do not make any decisions regarding your account  (I am a volunteer; not a Google employee);  this decision is made solely by Google, based on the information you supply, and/or their internal tools.

If no response from Google after seven working days (not including Saturday/Sunday/public holiday in US), remind me again, in this same thread.

In the meanwhile, no more attempts at account recovery, please!  This will only keep pushing you to the end of the queue.

If you recover the account by yourself, please also let me know.

Google have now replied:-


"Unfortunately, we cannot return the account as the user is unable to prove ownership of it.

The user can try filing a claim via the recovery flow again, preferably from a previously logged in device or location."


https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7299973?hl=en&vid=0-1062307908249-1503052024363 has some good tips to help you.  One poster claimed that using a different browser gets access to the account; I can't verify this.


If you wish to keep trying, you will need to follow the suggestion from Google, and hopefully, will succeed in regaining the account.  (I can't help any further with this process.)
