How can i get in direct contact with google support to get my query sorted. Im going around in circles

I have been mailing you guys for days now and im getting the same mail back
every time i send one.  Im am getting very frustrated by all of this

The problem Im having is that my gmail account has been comprimissed and  passwords even security question changed email addressgrea...@gmail.com They have sent 3 emails to my
complete address book stating I am stranded in London and needed money to
pay for my hotel rooms, taxi etc. They even set up an account in my name
with western union.

It was years ago when i set up the account and i dont know specific dates or
months or even the year of set up and i think thats why i cant recover my
password. I have tried to reset it and i get a message saying that new
password has been sent to *****.@*****.com. My secoundary email is
heavenly...@gmail.com so the new. password should have been sent to
this one. As you can see the email address with the astrixs dont match my
secoundary one

My last log in date was the 5th Jan to email david...@gmail.com.

Please see fraud mail below and get back to me at your earlierst possible
convenience as Im getting concerned regarding my personal finances. My
monthly bank statements, electricty bills, and phone bills will be mailed to
grea...@gmail.com on the 20th and 26th jan and i dont want them accessed by
these people. If needs be i will fax you photo id, utility bills or whatever
is nessary to get this resolved promptly.

Subject: My Predicament (I need your Urgent help)

How you doing? We made a trip to London (United Kingdom) unannounced
some days back, Unfortunately we got mugged at gun point last night! All
cash, Credit card and phone were stolen, we got messed up in another
country, stranded in London, fortunately passport was back in my hotel room.
It was a bitter experience and i was hurt on my right hand, but would be
fine. I am sending you this message cos i don't want anyone to panic, we
want you to keep it that way for now!

Our return flight leaves in a few hours but I’m having troubles sorting out
the hotel bills, wondering if you could loan me some money to sort out the
hotel bills and also take a cab to the airport about (1500 GBP). I have been
to the police and embassy here, but they aren't helping issues, I have
limited means of getting out of here,  we canceled our cards already and
made a police report, I won’t get a new card number till I get back home! So
I really need your help.

You could wire whatever you can spare to my name and hotel address via
Western union:

Gina Reamonn
272, Coriander Avenue, Docklands, E14 2AA ,
London United Kingdom

Get back to me with the details, would def refund it to you once we arrive!
Hopefully tomorrow

I await your prompt response.

Gmail does not offer live support for the free Gmail product.  You'll have to recover your account before you can begin to clean up this mess.

This page will help you through the account recovery process:  http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=46346

For information about account recovery (includes a link to the Account Recovery Form) see:  http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=117219
Sorry to hear about your situation. bkc56 gave some great links; see also this post by Google for the "last word" on this kind of thing.

If you're really stuck, you can try talking to a lawyer (you might have some legal grounding in the fact that someone is using your account fraudulently; but I am not a lawyer and cannot advise you here!). Google will respond to court orders / subpoenas if you are able to get one.
