Error fetching mail. Server returned error "no route to host." What does this mean and how do I fix it?
I am using Windows 7 with a Mozilla Firefox browser. My antivirus is Avira. Gmail has not fetched my mail from my university e-mail account all morning. The error message is posted in the subject line. I have been using Gmail in this fashion for years and I have never had this issue. Any suggestions? I really appreciate it!

They changed something about UVM webmail and they think that's the source of our problem. They directed me to a site that automatically forwarded my UVM webmail to Gmail, which eliminated the need for a POP3 address. I've had no problems since making this change. Good luck!
