I have had this problem for months even had tablet wiped and restored to no avail except losing all my calender entries as it was not backing up now it backs up but still get box I figure as long as it does sync (which I now check on a regular basis) I can live with box, that or go to an ipad for mega bucks would love a real fix

HTC 1 X here. Omg this worked, I was so damm close to doing a factory reset. How the hell did downloads get disabled omg. Big thank you, your the best :D
