If you are the administrator of a non-Google domain and you are having trouble with Gmail, you can use this form to report the issue. Please note that this form is not for use by Google Apps administrators or by Gmail users.

To perform a DNS MX lookup in Windows, use the command: 'nslookup -query=mx gmail.com'
To perform a DNS MX lookup in Linux/UNIX, use the command: 'host -t mx gmail.com'
To Telnet to servers listed in the MX record on Port 25, use the command: 'telnet gsmtp185.google.com 25' in all platforms. (Replace 'gsmtp185.google.com' with the results from the DNS MX lookup.)
To ping servers listed in the MX record, use the command: 'ping gsmtp185.google.com' in all platforms. (Replace 'gsmtp185.google.com' with the results from the DNS MX lookup.)
