Search for your chat messages in Gmail

You can search for and find your chat messages in Gmail.

1. Open the Gmail app .
2. At the bottom, tap Chat  or Spaces .
3. At the top, tap Search in chat or Search in spaces.
4. Enter your search terms.
5. To open a result, tap it.
