You can send feedback within Gmail to:
- Give feature requests and suggestions.
- Report something that doesn’t work, such as errors or product bugs.
We can’t respond to everyone's feedback, but we'll use your comments to improve Gmail.
Give feedback in Gmail
Important: To help us understand your feedback, share details and screenshots when possible about the problem or suggestion.
- On your mobile device, open the Gmail app
.
- In the top left, tap Menu
Help & feedback.
- Tap Send feedback
Get Started.
- To include your device logs, tap Allow one-time access. These logs help Google when you report a technical issue. Learn how to manage device logs on Android.
- If you don't want to include device logs with your feedback, tap Don't allow.
- Enter your comments into the box.
- Tap Send
. A screenshot is automatically taken.
- In the screenshot, tap Highlight or hide info.
- Select what information to share in the screenshot:
- To highlight:
- Tap on the yellow circle.
- Touch and hold, then drag to highlight the area you mention in your feedback.
- To hide:
- Tap on the black circle.
- Touch and hold, then drag to hide any information you want to exclude from your screenshot.
- To highlight:
- Tap Done
.
- If you don't want to include the screenshot, tap Remove screenshot
.
- Select what information to share in the screenshot:
- Tap Continue.
- To allow Google to contact you for more information, tap Yes.
