Print Gmail messages

You can print individual messages or all messages inside a conversation.

Note: Make sure you've connected your printer using Cloud Print or AirPrint.

Note: If you don't see the option to print, update the Gmail app. 

Print a single email

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print just one of those emails.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app .
2. Open the email you want to print.
3. In the top right of the email, tap More   Print.

Print an email with replies

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print all those emails together.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app .
2. Open the conversation you want to print.
3. In the top right, tap More   Print all.

Can't print email or attachments

The sender might've turned on Gmail Confidential to send the email, which prevents printing message text and attachments.
