If your messages are incorrectly classified as spam or phishing, or they get rejected or temporarily fail to deliver, you can report a delivery issue in Postmaster Tools.
You can only report a delivery issue if:
- Your domain is verified and you are the owner.
- Your domain meets the requirements in our email sender guidelines.
Report a delivery issue
Important: Before you submit the form, make sure that the message you want to report is DKIM and SPF authenticated and that its “From” header domain matches the domain you use.
- On your computer, sign in to Postmaster Tools.
- At the bottom left, click Report delivery issue.
- At the top, click the Domain menu.
- Select the domain where you send emails from.
- At the top right, click Create new report.
- Enter the requested information in the form.
- To automatically fill out the message details, click Get message info for me.
- Open the impacted message.
- Next to “Reply
,” click More
Show original.
- Click Copy to clipboard.
- Paste it in the field.
- Click Get info.
- To automatically fill out the message details, click Get message info for me.
- Click Submit.
Track the status of your escalations
- On your computer, sign in to Postmaster Tools.
- At the top of the screen, select your domain.
- At the bottom left, click Report delivery issue.
- Under “Reported issues,” review the status of your current escalations.
