We have made some changes that may help, so please try viewing videos again.
If you continue to experience problems, please try the following:
Use another browser.
Clear your browser’s cache and, if convenient, restart your browser and reboot your computer.
Check whether you are running an extension or add-on, such as an ad-blocker, that may be blocking the required resources.
If you've tried the above suggestions and are still unable to view videos, please provide feedback specifying which browsers you have tried and other details which might be relevant so that we can continue to troubleshoot.

We are aware of the issue with videos failing to load properly and are working on a fix. In the meantime, please try disabling any ad-blocking plugins you have installed in your browser, as we believe this is the source of the problem. More information to come soon.

None of the videos play for me: Mac OS 10.13.4, tried in Chrome 65.0.3325.181 and Safari 11.1. I also tried on Safari and Chrome apps on my iPhone and iPad and no dice there either.

Seems to not be able to get the video from the server. By chance the page is pointing to the wrong location for the video or the location has changed. I tried every browser I have: IE, Edge, Firefox, and of course Chrome. No luck. I am not running any ad-blocks or VPN to make sure they aren't using a ad-block feature. I tried using the VPN to the US with the ad-block feature it provides turned off to see if my ISP maybe blocking but that didn't work either. Hope this information helps.

Yesterday I tried 1000 opitions both in Firefox and Chrome but nothing worked. Today, with all options set back to default - including popup windows blocking - it is working. Maybe something changed on Google's part, in that case the fix worked for me. Otherwise, no idea.

Videos have same audio & different videos on Web Page (small or full screen on Chrome). On YouTube it is the 3rd version but nice that it has subtitles. Attached are two different screenshoots of the same video views, at the same time of training, on 1. not full & 2. full screen.

There must be an update going on. I wasn't able to get the video to load and I compared the element in developer mode to the way back version an the current snapshot changed after I did the compare. Google & support team, how do you expect anyone to take this crash course seriously if you can't even implement a simple youtube API without requiring us to troubleshoot network/proxy/ad-blocking issues related to loading a basic video feed?

Sad to say but Google's gone down the crapper. This is just one example of many where they've clearly exposed the lack of talent working there and their lack of support to the dev community. Even their search engine has gone by the wayside. And they're all about smart systems? Not from where I'm standing. Regarding this issue just make sure you remove any SSL user certs from your browser and disable any extensions that are doing any kind of proxying/intercepting. Including adblokers. Very frustrating to do that, I know.

As such, seems the issue should be able to be solved by adding a trailing slash to the urls, or by removing ../ from the json locations.
If that is not the issue, and it is an issue with with the player, then please just provide a link to the youtube page, so we can watch it there. I can watch the videos fine on youtube by grabbing the video ID from the json files on each page.

I have disabled adblock, allowed all cookies, whitelisted the sites along with the js (^document), and tried it in incognito mode, but to no avail. I have also tried to implement the solutions suggested above, but the darn thing won't work. Am I missing a trick?
