Update 5/18/18:
We have rolled out some changes and the course videos should be working again for the majority of users. If you are still having video issues, we suggest checking if you have access to YouTube as that is where the videos are hosted.
Update 5/17/18:
We are currently experiencing video issues due to some recent changes that were submitted. We are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and should have the videos back up and running shortly. Thank you for your patience.
Update 3/15/18:
We have made some changes that may help, so please try viewing videos again.
If you continue to experience problems, please try the following:

Use another browser.

Clear your browser’s cache and, if convenient, restart your browser and reboot your computer.

Check whether you are running an extension or add-on, such as an ad-blocker, that may be blocking the required resources.
If you've tried the above suggestions and are still unable to view videos, please provide feedback specifying which browsers you have tried and other details which might be relevant so that we can continue to troubleshoot.
Update 3/1/18:
We are aware of the issue with videos failing to load properly and are working on a fix. In the meantime, please try disabling any ad-blocking plugins you have installed in your browser, as we believe this is the source of the problem. More information to come soon.
