About Google Business Affiliation check (EMEA and select US/Canada advertisers only)

Note: Starting November 21, 2024, select Local Services advertisers must have an affiliated Google Business Profile to run Local Services Ads. Advertisers subject to this requirement have received both an email from the Local Services Ads team and an alert on the Business Verification page of their Local Services Ads account.

EMEA and select U.S./Canada advertisers only, you must have a public Google Business profile to advertise with Local Service Ads. Google will match Local Services Ads to Google Business Profiles to ensure only authorized users can manage your ads, calls and messages.

If Google is unable to find a verified Business Profile for your business, then you'll be notified to take further action, such as verifying your Business Profile (if one exists) or creating a Business Profile (if you don’t already have one). You don’t need to create a new Business Profile if you already have one.
Note: If you aren’t matched to your existing Business Profile or are incorrectly matched to another Business Profile, connect with the Support team.

After you’ve verified your Business Profile, you can add or manage how your business information and reviews show up across Google. Sometimes, Google may ask a verified business to verify some information again. Learn how to Verify your business on Google.
