Only Google Maps contributions from the Google account you used to sign up for Local Guides will count toward your level. Contributions cannot be transferred between accounts and you may only sign up for the program — and receive relevant rewards — with one account.
Change your email preferencesTo manage your email preferences, visit the Local Guides settings page. You can unsubscribe from one or all email types (e.g., the newsletter) without affecting others (e.g., benefits). It may take up to 7 days for your email preferences to be implemented.
Can't find your congratulations email for reaching a new level? If you haven't done so already, check your spam folder or search your inbox for "noreply-local-guides@google.com".
You may update your sign-up location on the Local Guides settings page.
Your reviews will not be deleted and your level will not be affected when changing cities.You may exit the program on the Local Guides opt out page.
Your reviews will not be deleted; however, you will no longer receive Local Guides rewards.
