Trusted Copyright Removal Program Application for Google Compute Engine

Google is committed to helping copyright owners remove infringing material from our services. To that end, in addition to our regular copyright removals process and our main Trusted Copyright Removal Program, we have also created an expedited review process for copyright owners and their agents who regularly submit multiple removal requests concerning unauthorized live streaming of live events on Google Compute Engine.

Acceptance into the Trusted Copyright Removal Program is at Google's discretion. Participation may be denied or terminated where submitters have not established a track record of accurate removal submissions, where submissions through the Trusted Copyright Removals Program fall beneath our quality standards, or where we receive incomplete or inaccurate information on the application.

Copyright removal requests submitted via the Trusted Copyright Removals Program will be treated as submitted pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages and attorneys' fees. Google reserves the right to refuse to remove content where it concludes that the material in question does not infringe copyright or where the request is otherwise unfounded.

This application form by itself will not result in removal of content. After submission and approval of your application, your removal requests will be routed for expedited review.

Sworn Statements

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described in all notifications submitted through the Program as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

The information in all notifications submitted via the Program will be accurate, and I swear, under penalty of perjury, that with respect to those notifications, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

I understand that a copy of each legal notice may be sent to the Lumen project (https://lumendatabase.org/) for publication and annotation. I also understand that Lumen redacts personal contact information from notices before publication, but in many cases, will not redact my name.

Acknowledgment

I understand that Google may remove my access to the Program in the future if my submissions to the Program do not meet the quality standards of the Program.
