Government Relations and Interest Representation Requirements

The requirements below will apply to the extent that the Services include government relations, lobbying, advocacy, or other interest representation activities relating to EU policy or legislation.

1.	Registration. Contractor is and will remain registered on, and fully compliant with the terms of, the EU Transparency Register (the “Register”).
2.	Budget transparency. Where Contractor is operating as a consultancy, Contractor will provide a quarterly summary to Google detailing the Services performed during the previous quarter and the associated fees.
3.	Advocacy transparency. Where required under the terms of the Register, Contractor will declare its work for Google in accordance with the requirements set out in the Register.
4.	Subcontracting. For the avoidance of doubt, where Contractor subcontracts any Services, the Contractor will ensure that each subcontractor: (i) is registered on the EU Transparency Register; and (ii) complies with all applicable terms of this Section when performing Services for Google.
