The requirements below will apply to the extent that the Services include government relations or lobbying activities.

1.	Legal and Ethical Standards. Contractor will comply with lobby disclosure laws, applicable restrictions under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and the highest standards of ethical conduct in any interactions with the government.
2.	Notifications and Compliance. Contractor will:
	(A)	obtain prior written approval from Google Office of Compliance and Integrity (us-gov-ethics@google.com) (“OCI”) before registering to lobby on behalf of Google and provide prompt information to OCI on any reportable lobby activity;
	(B)	notify OCI within 24 hours of learning of any violations of applicable anti-bribery, gift, campaign finance, or lobby disclosure laws or government ethics requirements; and
	(C)	ensure any former government official (as defined in ISA Section 8.2(I)(2) (Anti-Bribery)) providing Services complies with “revolving door" and other government ethics requirements.
