Support and Resources for Mental Health

Your safety and well-being are important. Reaching out for help is a brave and important step, and support is available. This page provides a directory of independent organizations that offer free, confidential support from trained professionals on a range of issues, including mental health, bullying, and eating disorders.

Please note: Google does not operate or endorse these organizations but provides this information to help you find support.

What to Expect When You Reach Out

Contacting a helpline can feel daunting, but the person on the other end is trained to listen and support you without judgment.

  • You Don't Need to Be in Crisis: These services are for anyone struggling with emotional pain or difficult thoughts, not just for moments of immediate crisis.
  • There Are No "Right" Words: You don't need to know exactly what to say. Just start the conversation, and a trained listener will help guide you.
  • It's About You: They are there to listen to your story, help you find your own path forward, and connect you with ongoing resources if needed.
