Fix issues with signing in

Important: We recently updated our sign-in process to require either a Google Account or an email address. If you previously signed in with your phone number and a one-time password (OTP), sign in with the email address associated with your profile.

Update the app

If there’s an update available for the Kormo app, install the new update.

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu Menuand then My apps & games.
  3. Under “Updates,” check if the Kormo app has an available update.
  4. If there’s an available update, tap Update.

Allow access to your contacts

On your Android device, allow the Kormo app to access your contacts.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps and then Apps.
  3. Find and tap the Kormo app.
  4. Tap Permissions.
  5. Next to “Contacts,” turn on app permissions.
