Every time I try to use Jamboard with my class of 25, it only allows a limited number of students and will give others the message that there are too many people on a file. How can I change this? I have played around with everything and can't figure it out. It's becoming way too inconvenient to use with my students.

Hi Monica,

Thank you for the question. It appears to be universal that Jamboard Jams start not working well around 20 users. My suggestion is to keep groups small when using Jamboard. It works much nicer in groups of 2-to-7 than for whole class groups. 5 is a good number of participants because then you can each a sticky note color. Use Google Classroom's differentiation to assign a Jam to only a group of students.

Sincerely,
Tom Mullaney

Hello, thanks for answering my question. I do put students in groups of 4 to work on their own slide so they all don't collaborate on one slide. Unfortunately, I won't be able to use Jamboard then. Thank you.
