Hello all,
I have an issue with my daughter's account for the Jamboard.
On my daughter's tablet (Huawei MediaPad T5) I have a GSuite account and we are using the Classroom and GoogleMeet perfectly. But, when the teacher initiates a Jamboard my daughter cannot access it. "Unable to acces your jams" or "An unexpected error occured". So, during the class the teacher initiates a Jamboard and my daughter cannot access it. 
We have a GSuite account with an email address with @cnscb.ro (the school domain).
The Classroom and the Meet works very good.
From my PC, from my Admin account, I can access the GSuite account for my daughter and also the Classroom, Meet and also the Jamboard list (the all jams from the teacher) from account.
So, help me please if somebody can... How can I rezolv this issue for the tablet?

Hello!

Welcome to the Jamboard forum! Sorry to hear you are having a problem.  
If you are granted access, then it is specific to the tablet.  
A few things you can try  or verify:
-be sure you are using the most up to date version of the Jamboard app on your device
-be sure you are using the correct account with the app.  If there are other accounts on the device, there maybe a conflict and that could be why you cannot access the file.
-power off the device and turn it back on again
-uninstall the Jamboard app and reinstall it

I have exactly the same problem. The device is Huawei MediaPad T10.
I allowed the Jamboard app through Family Link and it seems to work with my daughter's own (non-school) account. But when I switch to her school account - in Jamboard's menu - then I instantly get the "Unexpected error".

We have similar problems with some other type of links (sorry, I can't remember if it was a Google doc or slide). They work from a laptop's browser but not from the tablet.

So I think it is this point: "If there are other accounts on the device, there maybe a conflict and that could be why you cannot access the file."

Being a minor, _of course_ there are other accounts: the private one controlled by Family Link and the school account.

Any update on this? We have exactly the same issue. Using my child's original gmail account, jamboard connects (and says "You don't have any Jams yet").
But switching to the linked (non-gmail) school account, jamboard says "An unexpected error occurred" and nothing works.
