One of my 24 distance learners does not have the pen tool in Jamboard (whether I create it or not). 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 0 Upvotes

One of my 24 distance learners does not have the pen tool in Jamboard (whether I create it or not). All students are on school issued Chromebooks, and on the school network. She is the only one without a pen. What should I do to help her get a pen tool? - did not match any answers in Jamboard Help.

Thank you for your question. please have your student use control and minus to shrink the size of the toolbar that will make the pen tool visible.
