We have two jamboards.   We often Chromecast presentations to them, but they no longer appear in the list of Chromecast targets.   How do we get support on this?

There is also this Help Center article on casting requirements for Jamboard.

We experienced the same issue. We used to cast the info from the Chrome browser to a Jamboard, and suddenly the function is out of working. We did not do any change, all the connection are under the same networok and admin console is on , and we can see others connection with different device, but not Jamboard.

Is this related to the recently OTA?

Us too. Same issue. This must be a software problem caused by Google.

So finally after months and months of not being able to cast to the jamboard and looking for the error on our side, the latest update (installed today) fixed the problem for us.

Phew, would be nice if this didn't happen again. This was really a long time for a major bug to be fixed.

Thanks anyway 👌
