View Jamboard device information

As an administrator, you can view device information for the Jamboards in your organization.

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

   Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

2. Go to Menu  DevicesJamboardDevices.

   Some features may require having the Jamboard Management privilege.

3. Click a Jamboard.

In the Device information section, you can see device information for the Jamboard, including:

• Wi-Fi access point BSSID
• Wireless media access control address (MAC address)
• Wireless IP address
• Wi-Fi signal strength (received signal strength indicator: RSSI)
• Wired MAC address
• Wired IP Address
• Wi-Fi link speed (Mbps)
• Serial number
• Date activated
• Admin tool password 
• Build version

If the Jamboard is in an active video meeting, the meeting code appears as a banner along the top of the page.
