Add or remove a Jamboard from your domain

To use Jamboard as a whiteboarding device, you need to activate it and add it to your domain.

Add a Jamboard to your domain

To add a Jamboard to your domain, you need an activation code. When a Jamboard is powered on for the first time and connected to an open WiFi network, a screen will appear with an 8-digit activation code.

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

   Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

2. From the Admin console Home page, go to DevicesJamboard devices.

   Some features may require having the Jamboard Management privilege.

3. At the top, click Add .
4. Enter the board location and device name.
5. Enter the activation code and click Activate.

Remove a Jamboard from your domain

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

   Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

2. From the Admin console Home page, go to DevicesJamboard devices.

   Some features may require having the Jamboard Management privilege.

3. Click the device you want to remove. 
4. Click Deprovision. 
5. Click Deprovision to confirm.
