Charging your Jacquard Tag

The Jacquard app will show a notification when it's time to charge your Jacquard Tag. To check exact battery levels, look in the upper right hand corner of the Jacquard app home screen.

Are you charging a Jacquard snap tag with Levi's Commuter Trucker Jacket (2017)? Follow these steps instead. 

How to charge your Jacquard Tag 

To charge your Jacquard Tag, remove the Tag from your product and then connect the micro-USB cable that comes with Jacquard to the port on the side of the Tag. Then, plug the cable into a USB port or wall outlet. 

When the Tag is charging, the light will slowly pulse orange and then white. It will turn solid white when the Tag is fully charged. It can take up to three hours to fully charge the Tag. 

What the lights mean 

Light status What the light means
Pulsing orange

When battery is critically low between 0-20%, the light will repeatedly pulse orange.

Pulsing white The light will slowly pulse white while charging from 21-95% charged.
Solid white The light will glow solid white once battery reaches 96-100% charged. 

Battery life

The Tag will automatically go into Sleep Mode to save battery when not in use. To start using your item again, simply perform any gesture. 

Battery life and charge cycles vary by usage and settings. 

Jacquard snap tag for Levi's Commuter Trucker Jacket (2017)
The Jacquard snap tag can be plugged into a USB port compliant with USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 type, either on your computer, built into the wall, or using a wall adapter. It can take up to three hours to fully charge the snap tag. 

What the lights mean

While the snap tag is charging, the light on the tag will pulse green slowly. It will remain solid green when the tag is fully charged. 

Light Status What the light means
Solid red

When tag is plugged into a USB port, the light will be solid red for 2-3 seconds.

Pulsing red The light will slowly pulse red while charging from 0-65% charged
Pulsing green The light will slowly pulse green from 65-99% charged.
Solid green The light will glow solid green once the battery reaches 100% charged.
