Forget and reconnect a Tag

To set up your Jacquard item with a new phone or a new Tag, you can use the Jacquard™ app to forget and reconnect your previous Jacquard Tag from your mobile device.The easiest way to unpair a Tag from your phone is to forget the Tag via the Jacquard app. 

The Jacquard Tag does not contain any of your personal information. The data that you see in the Jacquard app is stored in the app. The only data that the Tag stores is the information it needs to pair to your phone and the name you assign to it. 

Forget Tag

Android

1. Open the Jacquard app .
2. Tap Menu  in the top left corner of the home screen.
3. Tap Jacquard Tag.
4. Select an option:
   1. If your Tag is connected:
      1. Select your paired Jacquard Tag  Tap Forget This Tag. 
      2. The Jacquard app will ask you if you are sure you want to forget your Tag. Tap Forget. 
   2. If your Tag isn't connected:
      1. Tap Edit in the top right hand corner of the screen  the X remove button next to the Tag you want to forget. 
      2. The Jacquard app will ask you if you are sure you want to forget your Tag. Tap Forget. 

iOS

1. Open your iPhone Settings.
2. Tap Bluetooth.
3. Tap the  next to Jacquard.
4. Tap Forget This Device. 

Note: We currently do not support iPad devices.

Reconnect Tag

1. Open the Jacquard app .
2. Tap Menu  in the top left corner of the home screen. 
3. Tap Jacquard Tag. 
4. Under the Tag you want to reconnect, tap Reconnect. 
5. To pair your Jacquard Tag, press and hold the button on the right side for three seconds.
6. Once your Tag is found, select the corresponding serial number that matches the last 4 digits of the number on the back of your Tag. 
7. Tap Pair. 
8. Insert your Tag in the port on your Jacquard item. 
9. Your threads are now active. Tap Next to see what your touch can do. 
10. You're ready to start using Jacquard!

Reconnect a snap tag for Levi's Commuter Trucker Jacket (2017)

1. Open the Jacquard app .
2. Tap Menu  in the top left corner of the home screen
3. Tap Jacquard Tag. 
4. Under the snap tag you want to reconnect, tap Reconnect. 
5. Tuck and snap tag into the jacket cuff. 
6. To pair your jacket, select the corresponding serial number that matches the label on the inside right corner of your jacket.
   • If the serial number of the jacket does not display, unsnap the tag and then reattach to the jacket. Tap Search Again.
7. Once the jacket is found, the pairing will start automatically. Tap Interact with your cuff to see a visualizer of your threads. 
8. You're ready to start using Jacquard!
