The ISP Portal's ticketing page allows you to search for tickets affecting your network. Just type your search query into the box at the top of the list, and press the search button:
In addition to free-text queries, this search box also allows you to search the contents of a few specific structured metadata fields:

If you commonly search for tickets based on the same criteria, you can save your current search query to the Saved Searches menu:
Click the Saved Searches menu and choose "Save current search..." You will be prompted to enter a name for your query. After saving, your new search will appear in that menu, labeled with the name you chose. Selecting a query from that Saved Searches menu will load that saved search query into the list.
