Click to Call Report

The Click to Call Report shows conversion rate data and other important metrics about Click to Call campaigns.

To access the Click to Call Report in Hotel Ads Center:

Select Hotel Ads Center > Intelligence (top navigation) > Click to Call (left-hand navigation)

The following table describes the columns in the Click to Call Report:

Column name

Description

User country

The country the user is in when they made the booking (ie. Google.mx, Google.ca, Google.co.uk).

Point of sale (POS) name

The name given to the point of sale for which the ad was served.

Phone number

The phone number that the user called (ie. the partner’s phone number).

Clicks

Number of clicks on the click to call ad from the specified country and Point of Sale.

Cost

Total cost for all the clicks on the click to call ads from the specified country and Point of Sale.

Cost per click (CPC)

CPC, or Cost Per Click, is the total number of clicks divided by cost.

Conversions

Number of calls which lasted more than 5 minutes (good proxy for number of actual bookings).

Conversion rate

The total number of clicks divided by the total number of conversions.

Cost / conversion

The total cost divided by number of conversions.

Date selector

The tool used to select a time frame for viewing data
