If you have set a budget, the Budget report provides information on estimated missed opportunities for your account.
Unlike other reports, the Budget report is available in the Budget tab. It is not available on the Reports view.
To access the Budget report:
- Open Hotel Center in a browser.
- Select the Budget tab. The Budget view displays:
- Optionally include or exclude certain columns from the view (and the download) by using the check-boxes in the Select Columns drop-down list:
- Click the Download as CSV button to download a Budget report for the last 90 days.
The following table describes the columns in the Budget report:
||Date of the report.|
||Total cost of clicks in USD.|
||Highest budget set for this date.|
||Percentage of budget that was spent.|
||Number of times your ad was eligible to show for users.|
||Number of times users have viewed your ad for a hotel.|
||Total number of clicks.|
|Eligible Impressions Over Budget||
||Number of times your ad would have been eligible but was not shown to users because the account had exceeded its daily budget.|
|Estimated Missed Impressions||
||Estimated number of times users would have seen your ads, but did not due to your account exceeding its budget. This metric is based on historical impression share (ratio of impressions to eligible impressions).|
|Estimated Missed Clicks||
||Estimated number of clicks your ads would have received, but did not due to your account exceeding its budget. This metric is based on historical click-through-rate (ratio of clicks to impressions).|
|Estimated Unspent Billing Cost||
||Estimated unspent cost of clicks in USD for your ads. Based on historical cost per click.|
