Active pipeline report
This article is for Admins and Reporters.
The Active pipeline report is designed to answer questions like:
How many candidates are in each stage for a specific recruiter, hiring manager, or department? Who are they?
What did my pipeline look like a month ago? a quarter ago? a year ago?
This report shows how many candidates are in each hiring stage at a point in time. You can use filters to narrow down your results by a specific date, recruiter, hiring manager, job, source, department, and hiring process.
Updates to jobs and candidates can take up to 24 hours to be reflected in reports but are typically reflected within an hour.
The Active pipeline report will show which hiring stage candidates were in on a given date based on the filters you’ve applied. If you select a date in the past, the report’s export will present the same information but in a slightly different way. The export will include the same candidates but will show the current hiring stage they are in as of the time you export the report, not the hiring stage they were in on the past date you selected (see example below).
- Sign in to Hire.
- On the left, select Reports Active pipeline.
- At the top, select a date range.
- To the right of the date range, select any filters you'd like to apply to the report.
Tip: To see your custom hiring stages, filter the report to only show jobs that share a single hiring process.
- Select Sheets to export your data.
To export a report, pop-up blockers need to be disabled and Hire needs to be connected to Google Drive.
The Active pipeline report replaces the Candidate pipeline report. Now you can:
See the overview of all your candidate applications at a glance
View custom hiring stages when you’ve filtered to jobs that all have the same hiring process
Hovercards help you gain a better understanding of your reporting data and allow you to easily view the candidates represented in a specific part of a chart
