The Historical pipeline report is designed to answer questions like:
How many applications did I receive last month?
How far did those applications advance?
What percent of candidates advance from one stage to the next?
What percent of my candidates are hired?
This report summarizes all applications you’ve received over a period of time to help you gain a better understanding of the flow of candidate applications through the hiring process. Insight cards show average stage lengths, candidates per hire, and conversion rate stats. You can use filters to narrow down your results by application date range, recruiter, hiring manager, job, source, department, and hiring process.
Updates to jobs and candidates can take up to 24 hours to be reflected in reports but are typically reflected within an hour.
- Sign in to Hire.
- On the left, select Reports Historical pipeline.
- At the top, select a date range.
- To the right of the date range, select any filters you'd like to apply to the report.
Tip: To see your custom hiring stages, filter the report to only show jobs that share a single hiring process.
- Select Sheets to export your data.
To export a report, pop-up blockers need to be disabled and Hire needs to be connected to Google Drive.
