Rejection reasons report

This article is for Admins and Reporters.

The rejection reasons report shows the number of candidates rejected per reason in Hire, and the stage each candidate was in when they were rejected. Hire admins can create rejection reasons during the setup process and can modify, edit, or create new ones at any time. 

You can run and export report data to a Google Sheet or download it as a CSV file. Before you can export a report, you need to disable pop-up blockers. To export to a Google Sheet, you must first connect to Google Drive.

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. On the left, select Reporting and then Rejection reasons.
  3. At the top, select a date range.
  4. To the right of the date range, select any filters you’d like to apply to the report.
  5. Select CSV or Sheets to export your report data.
Access to reporting is restricted to what you can see in Hire based on your system roles and job permissions. Contact your Hire admin if you need a report for all candidates.
