Source efficiency report

This article is for Admins and Reporters.

The Source efficiency report shows the effectiveness of recruiting sources. The report includes five categories: Internal referral, External referral, Sourced, Applied, and No source. Make sure the date range selected includes the creation date of all jobs to be counted in the report.

Access to reporting is restricted to system roles and job permissions. Contact a Hire Admin for reporting on all candidates.
  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. On the left, select Reporting and then Source efficiency.
  3. At the top, select a date range.
Candidates in the Source efficiency report are filtered by their application date.
  4. To the right of the date range, select any filters you’d like to apply to the report.
  5. Hover over a column to see the exact number hired or not hired from each source.

  6. Select Sheets to export your report data.

To export a report, pop-up blockers need to be disabled and Hire needs to be connected to Google Drive.

Note: The Sheets export shows more columns than those visible on screen, such as the source detail (for example, the name of the job board that online applicants came from).
