Reports overview

This article is for Admins and Reporters.

Hire’s interactive reports allow you to dig into specific candidates and jobs to help you answer key questions about your recruiting process. To export to Sheets, you must first connect to Google Drive.

All reports and the exports generated from the report pages are subject to a data delay that is typically reflected within an hour, but can take up to 24 hours.

Note: If you’re an existing Hire user, you’ll notice these reports are upgrades to previous ones you may have used in Hire. Read below to see which reports have been replaced.

Active pipeline report—Shows how many candidates are in each hiring stage at a point in time. This report replaces the Candidate pipeline report.

Historical pipeline report—Shows all the applications you’ve received over a period of time. This report replaced the Conversion rates report.

Rejections report—Shows rejection reasons by stage and the frequency of those rejection reasons across stages. This report replaced the Rejection reasons report.

Sources report—Shows which sources are most effective. This report replaced the Source efficiency report.

Time to fill report-Shows how long it takes to fill your jobs. This report replaced the Time to hire report.

Access to reporting is restricted to what you can see in Hire based on your system roles and job permissions. Contact your Hire admin if you need a report for all candidates.

FAQ

Are reports application based or candidate based? For example, if a candidate applied to multiple jobs during a period of time, would they appear in the reports multiple times?

Hire’s reports are application based. This means all of the reports could display a candidate with multiple applications multiple times.
