Time to hire report

This article is for Admins and Reporters.

The time to hire report shows you how long it takes for a candidate to move through your company's hiring process.

You can run and export report data to a Google Sheet or download it as a CSV file. Before you can export a report, you need to disable pop-up blockers. To export to a Google Sheet, you must first connect to Google Drive.

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. On the left, select Reporting and then Time to hire.
  3. At the top, select a date range. Note: The report will not include hires for jobs that were created prior to the “From” date.

  4. To the right of the date range, select any filters you’d like to apply to the report.

  5. Select CSV or Sheets to export your report data.

 

Access to reporting is restricted to what you can see in Hire based on your system roles and job permissions. Contact your Hire Admin if you need a report for all candidates.
