Conversion rates report

This article is for Admins and Reporters.

The Conversion rates report pulls historic data to show a record for every active stage an application has ever been in, starting from the earliest. Each reporting category is connected to one or more hiring stages, which can be modified by Hire Admins. Learn more about reporting categories

Access to reporting is restricted to system roles and job permissions. Contact a Hire Admin for reporting on all candidates.
  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. On the left, select Reporting and then Conversion rates.
  3. At the top, select a date range.

The date range filter uses the application stage change date to filter out applications that were not accepted or active during the selected range. If an application was accepted or active (in any stage) during the selected range, that application is included in the report. For each included application, the report and export include the stages that overlap with the date range.

  4. To the right of the date range, select any filters you’d like to apply to the report.

  5. Select Sheets to export your report data.

To export a report, pop-up blockers need to be disabled and Hire needs to be connected to Google Drive.

The Sheets export shows more columns than those visible on screen, such as the Hiring Manager and Recruiter for each job.
