Data migration is a courtesy service provided for new customers transitioning to Hire. Feasibility of service is determined by Hire upon completion of a questionnaire. If determined a good fit Hire will provide a one-time data migration from one legacy Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Importable data includes jobs, candidates, candidate comments and feedback, and candidate documents. After the migration is complete, you will be able to access your migrated legacy ATS data within Hire and utilize features such as Candidate Discovery to help find the right candidates within your existing candidate database.
Is this service right for my team?
Data migration is currently provided for any of the supported applicant tracking systems. In order to facilitate migration a complete well-structured export of your job and candidate data must be provided. Contact your previous ATS to request important information about your data export, such as how to obtain it, what data it includes, and how long it will take to receive it.
Hire’s Data Migration Team is unable to transform and load legacy data into Hire if the data is not from one of the supported systems.
