Set up your Hire profile

Set up your profile and learn how to connect to G Suite. To get started:

Add your phone number

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Menu Menu and then Settings.
  3. Select Your Account.
  4. Under "Phone number," enter your phone number.
  5. Select Save.

Change your time zone

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Menu Menu and then Settings.
  3. Select Your Account.
  4. Under "Time zone," select your time zone.
  5. Select Save.

Note: Hire can't automatically detect time zones. The default is PST, and the time zone will have to be manually changed to the local time zone for each profile and manually updated if their location changes. 

Turn email notifications on or off

You can choose which email notifications you receive from Hire. By default, all notifications except for "New applications" will be turned "on." You can change these notifications at any time.

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Menu Menu and then Settings.
  3. Select Email notifications.
  4. Click the toggle by each setting to turn it on or off depending on your preference.
