Edit a job

Edit attributes for a job

Edit job details

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
  3. Select the job title and then Job Details.
  4. Hover over the section you want to edit and then select Edit Edit
  5. Edit the job details.
  6. Select Save.

Edit the description

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
  3. Select Description.
  4. Edit the job description. 
  5. Select Save. 

Edit salary information

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
  3. Select the job title and then Job Details.
  4. Next to "Salary," select Edit Edit.
  5. Edit the salary information for the job.
  6. Select Edit.

Edit an interview feedback form

Interview feedback forms are used to gather information on candidates from interviewees. Each job's interview feedback form can have their own set of evaluation criteria, which are additional questions for interviewees about a candidate. The list of evaluation criteria that can be chosen from can only be edited by Hire Admins.

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
  3. Select the job title and then Feedback Form.
  4. Select Add Evaluation Criteria.
  5. Select From list or From other job.
  6. Select the evaluation criteria to add to the feedback form.
  7. Select Add.
  8. To delete an evaluation criterion from a feedback form, select Delete Delete.

Note: The forms used for phone screens are separate from interview feedback forms and do not include evaluation criteria. Phone screen forms cannot be edited and only include a rating scale to evaluate a candidate.

Edit a Hiring team

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
  3. Select the job title and then Job Details.
  4. On the job's page, next to "Hiring team," select Edit Edit
  5. Add the Hiring managers, Recruiters, or Coordinators.
  6. Next to the hiring team members you'd like to remove, select Clear Clear .
  7. Select Save.

Edit the hiring process

A hiring process cannot be edited if there are active candidates in one of its hiring stages. Only an Admin can edit in this case if necessary.

Sign in to Hire.

  1. Select Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
  2. Select the job title and then Job Details.
  3. Next to "Hiring process," select Edit Edit and then Edit template.
  4. Select another template. 
  5. Select Save.

Edit an internal note

Internal notes are only visible to Hire Admins and members of the Hiring Team.

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Select Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
  3. Select the job title and then Job Details.
  4. Below "Internal notes," edit the note.
  5. Select Save.
