Consider a candidate for another job

This article is for Admins, Job Creators, and members of the Hiring Team.

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Find the candidate and select the candidate's name.
  3. On the candidate's profile page, take one of these actions:

Start a new hiring process for a candidate

You can start a new hiring process if you’re considering the candidate for another job. This does not remove them from the current hiring process. If a candidate has more than one job open, a notification will appear at the top of the candidate profile letting you know that they have another hiring process active.

  1. Select More More and select Start new process.
  2. On the Start new process dialog:
    1. Select the Job title.
    2. Select the candidate's Status: Active, Prospective, or Rejected.
    3. Select the hiring Stage.
    4. (Optional) Uncheck Include a copy of non-offer documents.
    5. Select Save.

Transfer a candidate to a different job

You can transfer a candidate’s information from one job to another. 

  1. Select Edit Edit.
  2. On the Change job page, select the Job title.
  3. Select Save.
