Consider a candidate for another job

Start a new hiring process for a candidate

You can start a new hiring process if you’re considering the candidate for another job. This does not remove them from the current hiring process. If a candidate has more than one job open, a notification will appear at the top of the candidate profile letting you know that they have another hiring process active.

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. On the left, select Candidates.
  3. Select the candidate's name.
  4. Select More Moreand then Start new process.
  5. Choose a job title.
  6. Select the candidate's status.
  7. Select the hiring stage.
  8. Uncheck Include a copy of non-offer documents (Optional).
  9. Select Save.

Transfer a candidate to a different job

You can transfer a candidate’s information from one job to another. 

  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. On the left, select Candidates.
  3. Select the candidate's name.
  4. Next to their current title, select Edit Edit.
  5. Select a new job title.
  6. Select Save.
