Remove a job

This article is for Admins, Job Creators, and members of the Hiring Team.
  1. Sign in to Hire.
  2. Click Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
  3. Click the job title and then Job Details.
  4. On the job's page, take one of these actions:

Close a job

You can close a job and reject all candidates for the job. You can reopen a closed job.

  1. On the job’s page, click More More and then Close.
  2. Select the Reason for rejecting or enter a new reason.
  3. (Optional) Enter a comment.
  4. Click Next.
  5. (Optional) Select Send email to active candidates to send a notification to active candidates.
  6. (Optional) Edit the email template as needed and choose the Delivery date and Delivery time.
  7. Click Close.

Delete a job

You can delete a job permanently and remove all candidates from the job. You cannot reopen a deleted job.

  1. On the job’s page, click More More and then Delete.
  2. Click Delete job.
