Remove a job
This article is for Admins and members of a Hiring team.
- Sign in to Hire.
- Click Jobs and find the job you want to edit.
- Click the job title Job Details.
- On the job's page, take one of these actions:
Close a job
You can close a job and reject all candidates for the job. You can reopen a closed job.
- On the job’s page, click More Close.
- Select the Reason for rejecting or enter a new reason.
- (Optional) Enter a comment.
- Click Next.
- (Optional) Select Send email to active candidates to send a notification to active candidates.
- (Optional) Edit the email template as needed and choose the Delivery date and Delivery time.
- Click Close.
Delete a job
You can delete a job permanently and remove all candidates from the job. You cannot reopen a deleted job.
- On the job’s page, click More Delete.
- Click Delete job.
