Candidate collections

This article is for Admins, Job Creators, and members of a Hiring team.

 

Users can organize candidates into collections. Think of collections like personalized lists you can use to keep yourself organized. You might want to have a collection for candidates you want to circle back with in 6 months, or a collection of candidates that would be a good fit for a particular role.

You can also share collections with your team. Sharing a collection is an easy way to let people on your team know you’d like them to take a look at candidates for a job, or to get feedback on a group of candidates.

 

Find a candidate profile in your collection

  1. Click Collections.

    All the candidates in your Starred collection appear in the list.

  2. (Optional) To filter the collection list, on the left, click Starred or the name of the collection you want to see.
  3. On the toolbar, above the list, sort and filter the list of candidates you see in the table.
    1. Click Job and select one or more jobs.
    2. Enter Keywords to search more attributes without clearing the other filters.
    3. Click Add Add and select a Filter to add additional filters.
    4. At the far right, click Sort by to sort the list alphabetically (First name, Employer, Job application) or by Stage.

Add a candidate profile to your collection

  1. Click Candidates.
  2. Find the candidate you want to add.
  3. From the list of candidates, next to the candidate's name, check the box. Select multiple boxes to bulk add candidates.
    1. Click Actions and then Add to collection.
    2. On the Add to collection dialog, click Collection and select a collection, or enter a name for a new collection.
    3. Click Add.
  4. From the candidate's profile page, click Add to collection Add to collection.
    1. Select a collection or click Add to a collection to create a new collection.
    2. Enter the name of the collection.
    3. Click Add.
Note: You can add multiple candidates 

Share your collection with other people

  1. Click Collections.
  2. Click the name of the collection you want to share.
  3. Click Share.
  4. On the Share collection dialog, enter names of Reviewers.
  5. Click Share

Note: Reviewers will only be able to see candidates in collections that they already have permission to view. Sharing a collection with a Reviewer will not grant additional access to Users. 

Remove a candidate's profile from your collection

  1. On the left, select Collections.
  2. Select the name of the collection to remove the candidate(s) from.
  3. Check the box next to the candidate's name. Select multiple boxes to bulk remove candidates.
  4. At the top, select Actions and then Remove from collection.

Move candidates to a collection

  1. On the left, select Collections.
  2. Select the name of the collection to move the candidate(s) to.
  3. Check the box next to the candidate's name. Select multiple boxes to bulk move candidates.
  4. At the top, select Actions and then  Move to another collection.
Note: Moving a candidate's profile to another collection will remove them from their current collection. If you want the candidate to live in both collections, select Add to collection.

Add a candidate profile to your Starred collection

  1. Click Candidates.
  2. Find the candidate you want to add to your Starred collection.
  3. Next to the candidate's name to add, click Star Star.
    Click Star again to remove the candidate.
