Edit a candidate's hiring stage

Change a candidate's hiring stage

  1. Find the candidate you want to edit.
  2. Click the candidate's name.
  3. On the candidate's profile page, under the candidate's name and job title, click the Down arrow Down Arrow and select a hiring stage from the dropdown list.

Edit the hiring stage for multiple candidates

You can edit candidates' hiring stages from the Candidates tab. 

  1. Select the Candidates tab. 
  2. On the Candidates page, select Yours at the top of the page to view just candidates that you have access to edit. 
  3. View candidates' hiring stages in the Stage column.
  4. Select a new stage by clicking the down arrow Down Arrow and selecting a hiring stage from the dropdown list. 

You can also edit candidates' hiring stages from a job's profile page. 

  1. Find the job you want to view. 
  2. Click into the job to view the job profile. 
  3. Select the Candidates tab. 
  4. View candidates' hiring stages in the Stage column.
  5. Select a new stage by clicking the down arrow Down Arrow and selecting a hiring stage from the dropdown list.
