Our community guidelines
At its core, Helpouts is about people helping people. We believe direct access to another person's expertise will make it easier for people around the world to get help solving their problems and achieving their goals. But for 1-to-1 connections to be productive, we need everyone who uses Helpouts to use it responsibly.
Please be a responsible member of our community by treating others with respect, representing yourself honestly, and working to establish trust with others. We also ask that you familiarize yourself with our Helpouts policies, so that you know what is, and isn't, allowed on Helpouts.
If you ever see something on Helpouts that violates our policies, please report it. We need your help to build a safe and collaborative environment for giving and getting help.
