First, please login with the exact email the invitation was sent to. There should be no reason to create a new user or company as it should have been previously entered. If you create an additional user or company entry you will not be able to access the information request sent to you.
Second, Portico no longer requires passwords! A confirmation email will be sent to your work email and you must access the system within 30 minutes or a new email will need to be sent. Please check your spam folders. Also, some security systems can create error messages. If you encounter errors please email support@healthymaterials.net and they will assist you.
If you were not invited to Portico, all manufacturers are welcome! Please go the the Portico login and create a new account!
