As a manufacture Admin, your role includes adding new members to your team upon request. A member of the project team may send an information request to a member or representative of your company, a Sales Rep or Sustainability Mgr's who is not in Portico yet. When this request is made, it will require the person designated as admin for the manufacturer to give permission and add that new member or representative to the manufacturer team list. Once permission is granted, this new member will then need to register first at Portico in order to have access to the manufacturer's dashboard and begin to respond to the request. This functionality has been added to improve the security of your information within Portico and to have visibility over the users that has or should have access to your company and products’ information.
